Revealing What I Look Like…
So what do I look like in the mind’s eye of a nearly three year old? After all, I am her mummy, and I think we all see our mums in an almost spiritual way, without always looking at the outwardly presented side of them. Does Little Sis know how I look, and, for the purpose of this 10 minute occupation, can she convey that via our Make-A-Face sticker pad?!
Answer: erm, no, not a great likeness. Or at least that was my immediate reaction. Maybe I fancy myself to look more glamorous, with flowing locks and sweeping eyelashes… Truth of the matter is that the hair isn’t too far off, I do wear glasses (although usually the right way up) , I do like a necklace and I like to have two eyebrows (both up the right way hopefully). My own eyes are blue, and my lipstick is a shade less vampy, but yeah, I can be this woman! It looks as though Little Sis knows me better than I’d given her credit for.
Maybe it’s me who doesn’t truly know what I look like! Quick, let me at the sticker pad, so I can create the dream me! Now, where are the stickers for flawless complexion and the wrinkle filling stickers…?
Give her your camera and tell her to take your picture. You’ll know immediately what you look like to her. I was amazed how “I” looked when my little guy took my picture from his perspective. In one, I was all knees – hilarious!
Yes! Funnily enough, Little Sis did take a picture of me today on my phone, and I seemed to have half a head, a sticking out tongue and very fat arms. Not sure I like it, if that.s how she sees me! Haha
Love it! I think she did a very nice job even though I’ve never seen you! I like that sticker pad too. Did you buy that as a kit? Perhaps I can find one over here.
